Austin Elite Smiles Membership Club Options

Adult Membership(13 and Older) $65.00/mo. (Save at least $358.33 a year!)

Professional dental cleanings (2 per year)
Doctor exams (1 to 2 per year)
Fluoride treatment (2 per year)
Needed x-rays^*
One emergency exam per year (if needed)
Up to 20% off all other treatments (some exclusions may apply)
$199 Lifetime Activation Fee includes first month

For patients with regular cleanings and absence of periodontal disease.

Perio Membership(Periodontal Disease) $99.00/mo. (Save at least $1,050.33 a year!)

Perio maintenance cleanings (3 to 4 per year)
Doctor exams (1 to 2 per year)
